Agencies can charge fees, but they must not exceed the actual costs to provide the record, and they can’t charge more than 50 cents per page. NRS 239.05
Enforcement Mechanisms
There are no administrative appeals options. However, you can take the matter to the district court in the county in which the request was filed. In court, if the request prevails, he or she is entitled to attorney’s fees. NRS 239.01
