Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and Cloudflare's infrastructure for DDoS protection. Database hosted on Neon PostgreSQL with automatic backups.

TheHoleTruth.org is designed for legitimate transparency and accountability purposes. You agree to:

• Not harass government employees or abuse FOIA processes
• Provide accurate information in your requests
• Respect agency response timelines and procedures

AI-Generated Content

Our AI assists in drafting FOIA requests but you are responsible for reviewing and submitting them. We provide legal education and strategy, but we are not your attorneys and this is not legal advice.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Your data is always backed up and you can export it anytime.

Transparency about AI training:

• Your FOIA requests: Never used for AI training without explicit consent
• Successful requests: May be anonymized and used to improve success rates
• Agency responses: Aggregated (not individual) data used for analytics
